According to the mobo specs it supports only:
Intel® Merom Core Duo and Merom-Lite CPUThe Q8200 is not a member of the "Merom" family of processors.
Intel core 2 quad Q8200 is socket 775 desktop processor, it has TDP of 95W (the notebook alone use less than 95W). You know the real meaning of peace only if you have been through the war.
And if the above isn't clear enough - your laptop uses socket 479, the Q8200 is socket 775.
