When i run a game (OFP for example) it always crashes to desktop when the cpu temp hits 52 deg C. I really am stumpted as the operating temp of the CPU is way to low to cause these sorts of problems. does any1 have any solutions? :P

I highly doubt that your problem has anything to do with CPU temp. Your specs look good, but from what I've read, those flower heatsinks aren't very efficient. Not that that has anything to do with it, I was just making a comment.
How is your RAM configured? 1 stick, 2, 3, more? What about RAM settings in your BIOS?
