FSB/AGP Spread Spectrum?

Hey i was messin around in my bios and i came accross 3 settings i am not familiar with. They were:
I did a quick search on google and foudn that the FSB one should be disabled if you have overclocked your FSB quite a bit. Well i have mine at 400 FSB.
So should i disable this? And should i disable the other ones as well?
And just out of curiosity what am i doing when these are disabled and why should it be disabled?

if your overclocking then you should disable all 3 you'll be more stable
