ok guys i have a question. my motherboard's fsb speed is 100/66 MHz, and its processor support is
Intel 370-pin Pentium III FCPGA/ Celeron
333 ~ 850* MHz
my current processor is celeron 633mhz and i want to upgrade it to pentium III 800mhz, but the trouble is all those ones i found operates at 133fsb....so would it work if i bought that and try to use it?
IF NOT are there any p3 processors out there that run at 100fsb?

yeah, there are 100mhz fsb p3's, but the faster ones are harder to find..i.e. the 800mhz, ones from 450mhz upto 650 are easiest to find, a 450mhz p3 would probably beat the celeron due to the faster bus speed, the 650 would probably be 15% faster.

what motherboard do you have? some will run cpu's behond their ratings.
