SOME KT266A CHIPSET MOBO QUESTIONS. OC WITH A MOBO NOT DESINED TO OC . FSB AT 266MHZ AND RAM AT 354MHZ ? ETC

This is my first post.
The kt133 chipset mobos were the first to put a asyncronous memory frequency with the fsb, athlons and durons working at 100mhz fsb could handle ram working at 133mhz, this happens because the chipset as a feature that enables a output of more 33% of mhz, nowadays the same feature is included in kt133a,kt266,kt266a,sis??? etc
I bought a cheap mobo that as 2 insertions for sdram + 2 ddram (costed 100 euros about 100 dollars) and only supports two frequencies 100 and 133 mhz, i have a duron working with it at 100 mhz fsb/133 mhz ram (sdram), and i´m thinking of migrating to a xp cpu and some ddr memory. In the market there are new mobos that work with ram at 333 mhz ddr and 400mhz ddr, My question is should i buy 333 mhz (pc 2700)memory to use with my kt266a chipset mobo, asking in another way , is it possible to put the cpu fsb 133mhz (266mhz ddr) and more 33% of mhz on the memory to reach 354 mhz? Can the chipset handle this ? if it is, does it need to have a proper bios? If the hardware phisically can output the 354mhz ram frequency is it possible to go into setup disengaging automatic fsb memory detection and put manualy 133mhz somehow making the mobo think that the processor is working at 100 mhz when indeed is working at 133mhz fsb with a xp cpu.
One more question- i have a 250watt case, will it handle a xp 2000 or will i have to buy new "alimentation box"? i dont believe that it can handle either, but if i find someone that as this combination perhaps i´ll save some extra cash.
Sorry about my english

The first overclocking experience was in fact a motherboard overclock, putting a k6-2 400mhz with a motherboard that only had jumpers to 200mhz, yes it was possible buy putting the jumpers to recognize a 133mhz and the k6 processor would detect this and make the internal clock at x6 cycles (66mhzx6=400mhz).
The second experience was when the first durons came out i read somewhere that durons 600 could be overclocked to 1100 I bought one of the few motherboard (at the time)that had clock multiplier adjustments the msi k7tpro2 and put the duron 600 at 1000 1.85v connecting l1 or l2 bridjes(dont remember) with a pencil, this system work fine for 2 months till the cpu burned up probally with the overheat, and for the toughest of badlucks the mobo 1 or 2 years later, begined to fail the start up, to put the system working sometimes i had to remove the cpu power on the computer leaving it working for some seconds then put the cpu again to make the system work again. This was a mobo problem i discovered in other site that this mobo msi k7tpro2 (and also the pro2a ms6330) was the black sheep of the msi´s mobos.

I don't know anything about those mobos, but I do recommend that you get ram that is recommended by mobo manufacturer, at least in type and speed.

My Gygabyte GA-7IXEH F2 (200fsb) and my Tyan Trinity K7 both use pc133 sdram dimms. I am happy with performance without overclocking.
