There's no guarantee this will work, but it's worth a shot....

If nothing's coming up on your screen, & you have an AGP video card installed, try removing it & installing a PCI video card (or ISA card if you have a slot for it). Then boot again to see if you have video...if it works, reflash your BIOS to the original (I hope you saved it). Keeping the video card in...reboot...get into your BIOS & adjust the settings as necessary (make sure to enable AGP as initial display), save your settings & exit.

Shutdown, switch videocards & reboot again.

Hopefully that will cure it...

You could try to reset your BIOS to default by removing the MOBO bat or by jumper.

Where is it??? How would I know? You saved it, not me! I have no idea what you named it or where you put it. You should have stored it on the same floppy that has the new BIOS on it.

how about trying what MSI says to do in
this situation?

For Award BIOS

1. Make a bootable floopy disk
2. Copy the Award flash utility & BIOS file
to the said floppy disk
3. Create an autoexec.bat with "awdfl535
biosfilename" in the content e.g.
awdfl535 a619mj21.bin

4. Boot up system with the said floppy (it
will take less than 2 minutes before
screen comes out)

5. Re-flash the BIOS & reboot.

Create a boot disk, then at the DOS prompt:

A:\>
A:\>edit autoexec.bat

(A blue window should appear with a load of scripting, add the line)

awdfl535 a619mj21.bin

(press Alt to get to the menu at the top, save the file and exit)
