I was just wondering, where i could find a BIOS update for my PC. I have award modular BIOS and it has a utility called q-flash.

Also What are the honest risks and advatages? Will i see a performance increase? Maybe access to O/C settings? (I have a BIOS with no o/c settings in it)

What do i do if things go wrong? I have read a bit about this but ive never put it into practice.
Many Thanks NEO

You didn't list your motherboard make/model?

Updated BIOS files, the flash utility program necessary to perform the update, a detailed explanation on what the new BIOS "fixes", along with an explanation of how to do it, is usually available at the motherboard manufacturer's website.
