This mobo uses dips n switches for oc'ing.
Not sure What I'm doing wrong but I cannot oc this mobo?
Ok. So I have to put the ADV jumper to 'disable'(did it) then I can set the dips to on on off off=multi of 9.
Nothing changes?
Is there a setting in the bios that I need to change aswell?

The Duron should have a locked multiplier so you can't change it without modifying the cpu itself. I'm not sure how to do it on on a Duron so better recheck that but if it works like on an Athlon Thunderbird you have to connect the L1 pairs on the upperside of the cpu with a pencil. But be careful, you have to connect only the pairs and NOT between the pairs.
Otherwise just try to raise the FSB in small steps!

Yea, the Duron's multiplier is locked. If you can raise the FSB, you should be able to get it up to about 112mhz...beyond that, the PCI bus begins to get too far outta spec.
