How do I speed up, slow down and reverse my fan. If thats possible WITHOUT opening the case. (case fans affcourse :)

The only way to reverse the air flow of a case fan is to install it backwards. They have a diode that will not let the fan run in reverse if you flip the connector as you can with some dc motors.
The only way to speed up or slow down the fan is by some type rheostat that adjust the voltage to the fan. None of these can be done without opening the case. And none of these should be done by someone who may be afraid to open the case.

As buster said, the only way to reverse the airflow would be to unscrew the fan, turn it around, & screw back in place. If your fans are the type that plug into the power supply with a 4-pin connector, you can switch the wiring to change the voltage between 12v, 7v, or 5v...but not without opening the case...
