OS: win 98 SE
CPU/Ram: 32mb, P1 133mhz

can someone please explain all this overclocking, and related computer terms to me? I have only a little knowledge of what O\Cing is, and how it is done. How do i see if i can O\C a PC? And what threats does this present to my PC?
Please explain to me what all these CPU parts and terms are\mean. I am new to all this and don't want to kill my computers with something i am unfamiliar with.
