Emachine Bios flash, overclocking?

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to flash the bios in this e-machine to the ECS version to allow full overclocking ability's.
I hear people can seriously push these Conroe Celerons.
Has anybody had any experience doing something like this?

I have no experience with this machine/board, but I have cross-flashed a couple of boards before. They weren't in OEM systems though. If the flash does succeed, I'm thinking the OS *might* detect this as a motherboard change & no longer boot.
Usually, if the wrong BIOS file is used, the flash won't proceed. But if it does, make sure to backup the old BIOS file so that you can back-flash again if necessary. I suggest performing the flash from DOS...from a floppy, if you have one.
Did you compare the board specs to make sure all the same chips are used...sound & LAN for example?
