Why do people say that there is no difference in single-channel mode and dual-channel?? Some people say it does absolutely nothing, and some people say it helps a little. If prices between a twinpack and a single module are the same, then why not get 2. Is overclocking in dual-channel better or worse than overclocking in single-channel?

An AMD processor with a FSB of 400mhz running a stick of PC3200/400Mhz ram the FSB is equal to the Fsb of the cpu which means running 2 sticks of PC3200/400Mhz ram in dual channel mode would make the bandwith of the ram 800mhz which is good for an 800 FSB Pentium but uslesss on a 400 FSB AMD Cpu, so its useless on an AMD Cpu but good on a Pentium
