Dos boot cd issues

Specs: Windows XP
How can iI make a DOS boot CD that does not use floppy or hard disk emulation, but runs right off the CD? My BIOS already has the option to boot from CD, and it is set first on the boot list

it wont overclock tho :D

another magic one supports bigger hdd

The mis-posting in these forums is getting out of hand. I'll cut the OP some slack if their question can somehow be related to the main forum topic, but asking DOS questions in the CPU/overclocking forum cannot & should not be tolerated! lol
