well i saw this on toms hardware, which says the nforce2 ultra chipset is better then intels 875p. if thats true then amd mobo and cpu is better then p4, please tell me this is not right.

How did you come to that conclusion? Because some AMD motherboards use the Nforce chipset?

Jeez, you cannot compare apples to pears. They are two different chipsets, just as different as Pentiums to Athlons. And it's reader's choice.

First of all, it's a readers choice...doesn't matter if they're right or not. Second, it reads "Best Innovation".
That would mean Citroen is the best car because they were first with 4 wheel steering.
Ya gotta read all that stuff and still take it with a grain of salt.
Asus is best motherboard? I can disagree with that one. ATI is the best graphics card? A lotta folks will disagree with that one.

its just an online poll.
The 875p beats all other northbridges in fsb performance, but the nforce2 southbridge has incredible sound.
