VCOREA: 1.82V
VINR0: 1.81V
+3.3V: 3.31V
+5V: 4.84V
+12V: 11.98V
-12V: -12.12V
-5V: -5.25V

They were taken usin speedfan...um, was gonna install two 80mm fans on the side of my case which applies to the +12V if im not mistaken...should i be ok with all this?

nah you will be ok with it
in fact i am even higher than you. coz i got 8 fans total in my computer. 400watt power supply. and runs very stable.
but you could always get a bigger power supply because it does make your system run smooth.

You should be ok. But if that +12v comes near 11.5 you will need another PSU. Operating at or near 11.5 will cause reboots. 11.9 is ok but something to pay attention to. By the way what PSU are you using now. 300?
