I'm sure there is a reason too. The whole point of a BIOS update is to fix serious bugs or add support for new hardware. I am sure they don't recommend using an outdated version, nor would I.
I did a quick search just the same and the oldest I could find was a08. Any particular reason you want to downgrade? If there is a problem you are having with the latest BIOS there may be a better solution.

the reason is that powerleap told me to go to an earlier bios so that their cpu upgrade would work.
