I have Asus P4S533 paired with P4 1.6A retail and 3 256MB DDR Crucial. When I OC beyond 2.24 GHz the RAM performance decreases from 2100 to 1500 on SiSoft Sandra benchmark.Any ideas will greatly appreciated.

increase the voltage to the DDR slightly
If you go to the DDR manufacturers website and look at the specs for your DDR you will find a Voltage range that it is safe to run at
