Where would one, Find Pc5000 DDR1 Ram I have checked Newegg, TigerDirect Computergeeks, and So forth. Not sure if I am just Missing something or this type of Memory is just damn hard to find.

Any help would be great.

Try looking for DDR500 (PC4000) or possibly DDR600 (PC4800)

For one official JEDEC standard for DDR only goes as far as PC3200 (DDR 400) & as you know memory speed at the PC5000 range today would be in the DDR2 league, secondly there was hardly any demand for DDR625 memory even back then hence the reason you are having a hard time purchasing one.

Besides why the fixation on PC5000? Do you have one of those heavy duty DFI nF4 motherboards or something?

If you already have DPC3200 (DDR400), I don't see the need to upgrade the RAM at all...what do you expect to gain? I doubt the investment will be worth the payback.
