DISCMAN

I wouldn't advise getting into a socket 754 system. AMD has converted to socket 939 for the Athlon 64. There will be no other socket 754 A64s produced, other than what's currently available. Plus the 754 format doesn't support dual channel RAM. There will still be A64 based Semprons for the 754 format, but they will be 32-bit CPUs, not 64-bit.
I suggest you rethink your configuration.

Hi
Right im stuck, im running out of time and i need some help. I have roughly £350/$500 to spend on a fast reliable pc that is good at photo/ video editing and that will not slow down when numerous applications are open.
I need the following:
DVD RW
stylish silver case with neons (Pref red)
FAST PC!!!Im using a website called www.ebuyer.co.uk.
If anyone out there has the time to browse at the products and help me to get this pc configured correctly id very much appreciate it as ive realised i only have 10 days to receive the parts and have it up and running,.
