I am getting a new motherboard and a new processor too, but im on a budget, so im getting a Biostar M7VKQ motherboard with a AMD duron 1200 and 128mof RAM. Does anyone have any comments on this? i just put an intake fan on the side of my comp, and its super chilly in there....my power supply box is only a 200w is that enough for the motherboard, the processor, he hard drive, and cd-rw, you know, the basic setup? thanx!

200watts is WAY too small. You should put a quality 300 watt power supply in there.

AMD duron is damn good for the money. Yea I'd say trash that 200W power supply, I even had a 300W pow/sup that kept restarting my computer(AMD "classic" 950mhz) so I bought a 425W power supply for like $50 on Pricewatch and that badboy keeps it stable. But 300W should normally be sufficient.
