CPU Voltage automatic?

Does the cpu voltage adjust automatically as you up the fsb, or is that an adjustment that you have to make additionally?

Just because you are high, doesn't mean the processor agrees with you. Unless, you smoke/drink the same.

So what does that mean? The FSB can get high, but if there's to be a real kickin party the volt has to get juiced to? And if so, I know it'll be a good time for all, but if the power voltage just feels like chillin tonight that's cool too, right? Or is there like peer pressure involved?
