i just recently installed my OS and updated to sp2 and got all the updates and i have avast antivirus installed i have a 866mhz prossesser with 512ram whenever i watch movie offline or play a game or surf the net my cpu usage say 100% all the time i move my mouse and the cpu usage runs to 45% can anyone help me?
