CPU/Ram: 3.0 LGA 1GB ram

hello eveybody
i have 3.0 intel cpu with 2mb cash & intel board 845GNT with 128 bulit in vga
the normal temperature of cpu is between 48 C & 68 C (max) when my cpu reach 68 C system will alert me.
when i use my pc for internet my cpu temperature is 51 C to 58 C.
when i install programs its 58 C to 63 C.
but when i play games (fifa 2006, call of duty, commandos) my cpu is reaching the max. 68 C so am getting error msg from the intel desktop utilities..
the weather temperature where i live is between 20 C and 30 C

Note: i have MA08ABK-P prescott case for LGA (http://www.microcityweb.com/product/cases/images/caspivmagma08abk-p.jpg)
the cpu fan is working fine
my pc have 1 GB rams.
and i take off the case sides...

anyone can help me please?

Are you using any case fans for extra cooling? What HSF are you using? Is it a stock one?

It seems like you have the 2MB Prescott LGA775 630 processor running at 3.0Ghz. I don't know if this explains everything...
