CPU temperature too high?

January 21, 2009 at 22:15:10
Specs: Windows Vista, Core 2 Quad
I build I computer yesterday, everything is working fine, but when I checked the CPU temps it read

Core1: 58
Core2: 50
Core3: 53
Core4: 50
(that's in Celsius)

And I'm no expert in this and I'm just wondering, is that too high? If so, do you have any tips on what to do about it?

Where did you check the temps ? It's usually best to check them in the BIOS. Also, were those the temps at idle ?

I got those in Real Temp, and they were at idle. And sense I just build it, I'm still trying to figure out the BIOS and stuff. I'll post them from the BIOS when I get it.

I just played GRID for a little bit and left RealTemp running, here is a screen of it.

Thanks for any and all help.
