what's the normal operating temperature for an AMD DURON 1000 CPU? the CMOS setup program shows the CPU tempurature at 40°C (104°F), is this normal or too hot?
I like to keep it 45 degrees below the AMD max temp

I think the normal temperature for DURON 1000 Mhz is MAXIMUM 60 degree celsius.

my cup temrature rises to 75 degree in 15 minuts and i shut down it or put a table fan after opening the cabinet whether it is fine to work like this

my cpu temp.reses to 52-53 degrees C is it normal??? My computer il a AMD duron 1000
have amd 950 that starts to freeze for about .5 sec, random intervals, when flying sims or dvd movie when temp on gigabite board reports 54c. Works ok at 51c. repeatable results.
