Cpu speed problem

OS: WIN ME
CPU/Ram: AMD XP2000,512MB RAM

Amd xp2000(266mhz) ,asus a7n8x motherboard. will only run at 1250 mhz (100*12.5)

if i set the external freq to 133mhz , i cannot choose a mulyiplier of 15. it only allows a max of 12.5

That's not a problem. It's supposed to run at 133mhz x 12.5. An XP2000 doesn't run @ 2.0Ghz unless you're overclocking it.
