Ok so lately I have been running a AMD Phenom II X4 Processor 2.6Ghz at 3.04 GHz Overclocked; when its not overclocked, sometimes i catch a glance of my cpu running at 800mhz, and then spike back up to 2.611Ghz My system is: AMD Phenom II X4 810 2.6Ghz 8Gb DDR2 667mhz Pny GeForce 9800gt Antec Earthwats 750 powersupply all on a MA790x-UD4P motherboard My Question: Is this normal? Right now im watching my Cpu figures jump from 2.611 > 1.406 > .807 > 1.909 (Ghz) with 3 Firefox windows open as I type Edit: Im looking at my CPU voltage and its hopping from 1.25 > 1.04 > 0.96 > 1.36 ( this cant be good) Im looking at AMD overdrive, and its saying my core multiplier is moving too! ( from 7x - 9.5x-13x)

Is that bios setting i have to disable? where would i find that?
