I have an AliveSATA2-GLAN motherboard and an AMD 3600+ Athlon 64 CPU.I deceided to upgrade to an AMD 64x2 Dual core 5600+ cpu and fitted 2 x 1gb of identical crucial memory.On switching on it tells me the cpu and memory ok but when it goes to the next screen its blank except for in the bottom right hand corner 00A1.Any ideas would be appreciated
I ran across another thread that mentioned a similair problem with a different Asrock board...the fix was to enter the BIOS & enable the "AM2 Boost" option. It's worth a try.
