CPU Overheating/restarting

hi! i m hvng major prblm. CPU temperature goes to 67 C .RAM also gets extremely heat. Resulting frequent restarts and hang to system.
Try cleaning the heatsink & fan of accumulated dust. You may have to remove the heatsink to thoroughly clean it, then apply a fresh layer of thermal paste.
How do you know your RAM is overheating? by touch? You definitely could use some more RAM. 128MB just ain't enough for XP.

800EB cpu...overheating!!??? maybe lack of ram is causing the cpu to work harder on xp.... 67C thats not that high right? cause mines goes up to 88C when playing bf 2142 on 3.4ghz.. try turning off some programs that could be using alot of ram
