I have established that the CPU is cooking, is their a program that will let me monitor the CPU temp and system temp with out going into Bios. In short i want a program that will let me see or check the cpu temp while im in windows.

Thank you Sabertooth, i have tried to install this program but no joy, when i try to load it , it comes up with THIS IS NOT AN AMD RevF/G PROCESSOR. THIS PROGRAM WILL NOT CONTINUE. If this is any help i have a AMD Athlon tm XP 2400+.

Aside from SpeedFan, there are tons of other utilities that will give a read out of your CPU temperature. Google can be quite resourceful (as you might have now discovered) for these kind basic inquiries.
