CPU over voltage error

Didn't you just post in hardware about flashing the BIOS? Did you enter the BIOS & check the CPU voltage setting to make sure it's correct? Actually, after the flash you probably should have used the ClearCMOS jumper to reset the BIOS, then ran thru ALL the settings & manually adjust them for best performance.

are you overclocked? kinda sounds like it. you could be real thorough and reset bios to default settings. some bios allow you to set "fail safe defaults" for max stability and compatibility, or "optimized defaults" for system performance. If you're having trouble, you could try the fail safe defaults to see if the error goes away, and then tweak the bios back to where you had before the flash.
Summary: Ok so I overclocked my cpu by 25% from 1800 to 2250 and it wasnt stable by OCCT's standards. So I decided to up the core voltage by .025 but that wasnt enough so then I upped it by .050 and it became...
