cpu no power

my computer shuts down after 2 hours of operation and after that i tried to open it again but it wont start ...the led green light is on but it wont start and the fan of the power supplly is not working. Can u tell me whats the problem? i just replaced the power supply 1 month ago...tnx hope to here from you..

Could be caused by overheating. See if it will restart after about 15-20 min.

Is it a high quality brand name unit with proper amperage distribution costing at least $50-75? Or a no-name cheapie costing closer to $20?

yes i bought a power supply for 20 dollars the brand is DELTA POWER...can u please tell me what brand is better and what is the specs should i buy? and how will i know if it is realy the power supply is the problem? thanks hope to here from you again
