CPU Keep using 50% or more..

CPU/Ram: Athlon X2

my cpu keep using 50% or more
and no program in task manager seems using more than 50%
anybody can help me?

and i can't launch Hijackthis (not a valid win32 program)

(I'm a chinese, sorry for the poor english!)

press Ctrl-Alt-Del to bring up Task Manager, click the Processes tab, then check the list to see which process is using the CPU.
