I would like to try the program CPU idle(for decreasing CPU temperature). As soon as I download the sharewareversion(Cpu idle 6.0) and I install it the program states it has expired. The program author doesnot want to help unless I buy the program, but even then.....
Anyone experience with this problem or is there an alternative program?

First I'd try backing up your registry, going into regedit and doing a find on cpuidle and deleting every key you can find, then try re-installing cpuidle. Also delete every folder on hard disk with cpuidle files in it. That might work, might not.

Nothing abnormal, I think buddy who designed didnt do it right. I downloaded the same thing and that's what happened to me. It's something to do with the program. You cant even use it once which is stupid.
