With the amount of information you offer here, I'd have to say your temps are OK.

What processor, motherboard, heatsink and fan? How much of an overclock? Did you raise the vcore? What are case temps? What is ambient temperature? Poor, mediocre, or good case ventilation?

i have a special cooling fan and heat sink p4p 800 s-x motherboard with a p4 3.006ghz 1 mb cache hyperthreading v core is 1.408 i havent overclock it yet but i would like to get it up higher but i only have 1 gig ddr pc32000 400mhz in 2x 512 sticks dont know case temps MB temps go up to about 35 oc max
cpu fan sits at about 3600 rpm i dont know what mediocre is but i have 5 case fans sucming out 80mm and 4 sucking kool air in plus graphics cpuand power supply fan. i took it to my college tutor and he said it has v v v good venalation on it.
