Subject: Cpu frozen at 100%?!?!?!?
OS: Windows XP Home Edition (
CPU/Ram: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Process
Model/Manufacturer: AMD
Comment:
I have had this problem for about a month now, but it's strange that it looks like my cpu usage is always frozen and never goes down or up and it's always at 100%. I can open up programs fine and see the program in the task manager, but when I hit the end task, it closes the program, but leaves it still in the task manager! and if I try and end that it gives me the access denied and I can't close it. Anyone got any ideas why I have a task manager problem like this?
