well i have a p4 2.5ghz OC to 2.64 and my temperture max is 35c. and its comes with a stock fan is there a better one out there also quiet. the (PEP66) was good but they don't have it for stock 478. thank you

There is not a 70mm fan out on the market that can be any less noise than the Intel stock turning 2500 rpm. Besides, the fan is intergrated into the mounting and cannot be replaced with any 3rd party fan.
