I would like 2 know what is the basic different between: Pentium M, Centrino, Pentium 4-M, Pentium Celleron M I start be confused.....
Centrino is not a CPU at all, it's a hardware package for laptops. To be called "Centrino, the laptop MUST have a "Pentium M processor, an Intel 855 chipset, and an Intel PRO/Wireless 2100 (802.11b) or Intel PRO/Wireless 2200BG (802.11b/g) network card."

As for the pentium 4-m, that's basically a mobile version of the pentium 4. IMHO, that processor is a cheap ripoff of the pentium 4. THe celeron M is basically a really toned down version of the pentium M. Roger
