So i want to overclock my e4500 from 2.2ghz
to ATLEAST 2.4 or 2.8
So i got this program called CPU cool
and i get this line but i can't correctly choose
what FSB i want can someone maybe help me
in this OC?
In the line it says:

Divider (11,5556) * Gear (10,667)=FSB (123
mhz) and then the frequency

It helped running on stock with 2.8 ghz think it will show higher
results in games and such?

Yes u will gain perfomance(if u increase fsb)

For good gaming performance you need a good video card. If you're still using the integrated Intel GMA 3100 graphics, it wouldn't matter if you clocked your CPU up to 5GHz.

You should overclock your graphics card using ATI Tool. Those HIS Ice Q's are really good overclockers.
