Comment:

Will an Abit AN7 motherboard work with an AMD 750 MHz Duron processor(model D750AUT1B)?

The processor's FSB is 200 MHz (100 MHz but uses doube data rate) and the motherboard supports 266/333/400 MHz FSB CPUs but I read that it supports all socket A processors.

Have you been to ABIT Support ?

No where does it state one can use 100fsb CPU's, not even in the BIOS softmenu, unless they offer 5x or 6x 133fsb ? which may be worth a punt ?

The CPU multi is locked at 7.5x so that's not an option & running the Duron at 1000Mhz (7.5 x 133MHz) probably isn't gonna happen either.

FLATURIN - Hand-to-mouth goodness. It's good!

The minimum FSB seems to be 266 but when I bought it, it was listed as supporting a processor with a FSB of 200.
