Hi people!, i have an intel P4 1.7 Ghz microprocessor and i want to know which is the best clock speed to set it up, when i got to the CMOS table it was set to 100 Mhz but, it goes up to 266 Mhz, Should i set it up to work at the very top clock speed or should i leave it just like that?

What kind of mobo are you using? because the mobos for P4, don't have this range of frequencies... Any way, the P4 was designed to have a FSB of 400Mhz, so you can put to 133Mhz or try a little more higher, like 140mhz or 145mhz.... But isn't safety to your processor!!!
