CPU Boots 100 FSB, but not 133

CPU/Ram: P3-800E(B)

My INTEL 815EEA MoBo boots the 800 Pentium III with 100 Mhz FSB, but not the 800EB Mhz Pentium III with 133 FSB.

My RAM is 256k PC133. What should I do ???

I hope you mean you have 256 MEGS of rm. 256k is quite small and useless.

maybe theres a jumper or BIOS setting to change the FSB speed?

ram and cpu have to be rated to 133 not just the mainboard.
