cpu 100, keeps sgutting off. help?

i need some help with my computer, first of all i always have 100% cpu usage, the 2nd is that after awhile of stuggling through the slowness of my computer and it shuts off, randomly....and when i try to turn it back on, it shuts off again. i have to wait a couple of minutes before i turn it back on. any ideas what might be wrong?
