Granted you do have an ES with the B0 revision -- what is the problem?

Is the CPU not working?

Was it represented to you (at the time of purchase) as a retail item?

How exactly can we help you?

No the CPU wasnt retail it was just claimed as used.
Anyhow the problem is I have tried for months to get the CPU to run at 3.6ghz using help from the forum and friends nothing works, So could this be a factor to why it doesnt seem to do 3.6ghz and only seems stable at 3.4ghz?
Many thanks
Damian
