The Core 2 Duo 6300 does. Even though the next best thing they have on that list is the E6400, the E6300 isn't that far behind the E6400 in terms of benchmarks. The E6300 is a great chip for the money and a great overclocker.
The Core 2 Duo E6300 is the best bang for your buck buy far and when overclocked it can turn into a great gaming processor while still using the intel stock heatsink and fan.
