The Core 2 Duo 6300 does. Even though the next best thing they have on that list is the E6400, the E6300 isn't that far behind the E6400 in terms of benchmarks. The E6300 is a great chip for the money and a great overclocker.

The Core 2 Duo E6300 is the best bang for your buck buy far and when overclocked it can turn into a great gaming processor while still using the intel stock heatsink and fan.

Can you tell me if you would still say that about the Core 2 Duo 6300 vs an Athlon 64 x2 4600+ ??

I see that is what you are running so not sure if that will bias your opinion. ;)
