i have a ton of reg fixers on my pc..but i cant seem to get rid of this error that comes up during programs that makes it crash like when i play pirates and theres an program error atioglxx.dll file not working or something and my cd/burner/dvd dont work correctly can these problems be related please help !! :Dane

You're asking in the wrong forum. This appears to be a software issue, possibly hardware...not a CPU/overclocking issue.

Why do you have a ton of them? You only need one & many people don't use any. Dump all of them & use CCleaner:

Apparently has something to do with your video card...ATI? Probably a driver issue. Update your video card driver:

Explain what the problem is.

well i got the latest version of ati seems that dll. error stoped but the graphics are messed up on games it comes out scrambled..and i keep having explorer.exe errors come up and crash the current running program..i dont have the xp disk to repair ..and i cant use system restore since i deleted my old points it wouldn't work any way..so how can i fix explorer.exe?? thx for your help :DANE

wow ,, i read in a forum somone had the same problem and fixed it by run command.. regsvr32/u shemedia.dll ..so i tried it and it worked no more explorer.exe errors..u guys are gteat ! this is the supreme forum for computers and i enjoy fixing and learning to fix computers hopefully one day ill have enough knowledge to be on the staff :DANE
