Hi all, i got an amd xp2500+ that i sucessfully oc to 3200+ (fsb 200) with a volcano 11+ xaser edition. cpu at full load is at 51-52c (is it good?) what im looking for is a cooling system that will make less noise and be as good or better than the volcano. i checked a bit about watercooling, saw aquarius 2 but was not impressed with heat dissipation. im rdy to pay 100-150$ for another cooling system (water or air) ty
btw board is asus a7n8x

Here I did some research on heatsinks and found this product to be pretty good. Follow the link http://www.coolermaster.com/index.php?LT=english&Language_s=2&url_place=product&p_serial=ACB-V83&other_title=%2BACB-V83%2BJET%207

To answer your post rabbit, to oc the 2500, i just raised the bus to 200 and the vcore to 1.825, 1.800 was working but unstable after some time. first time i oc it i was using amd stock fan, cpu temps was about 54-55c, with volcano 11 dropped to 51, problem is volcano is a noise maker, otherwise pretty good, ty for the link
