1st of all, DON'T TYPE IN CAPS! CAPS = SCREAMING!! 2nd, your temps are excellent. A new HSF or water cooling would just be a waste of money...I highly doubt it would solve your problem because your CPU is NOT overheating. How about posting the specs of your power supply...make/model/wattage & amperage on the +12v rail(s)?
