Comment: I have an ECS 755-A2 with a socket 754 Athlon64 3200+ CPU. The MOBO has the original BIOS: Ver 1.0B 06/25/2004. As far as I can tell, I’ve never been able to enable the “Cool ‘n Quiet” features of this CPU/MOBO. Would a BIOS update (1.1b 9/29/05) help?
Is it worth it? Currently, everything is running fine. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
