I have a computer that will not turn on at all. I figured the power supply might be bad so I replace with a new one but it still won't turn on. Does anyone have an idea where I might look next?

Yes. There should be a cable that runs from the power button to your mobo. It controls HD light, Power light, and reset. That may be the problem.

That’s a pretty nonspecific symptom.
What was the last thing you and the computer were doing before it stopped turning on?

I'm not really sure. It's a computer that my wife uses at her Daycare. So a bunch of kids were using it. There's no telling what they were doing.

Take out the CMOS battery for about 15-20 minutes to clear all data in CMOS, since there is a feature in CMOS to change the Power On function from the Power Button to Left Click Mouse or Power On keyboard.
Clearing the CMOS will make the BiOS use the regular Power On Button.
NOTE: If this doesnt fix it then it may be your ACPI (Advanced Power Configurational Interface) breaking down and you will need to disable it via the BiOS Setup Utility.
